- Handle customer queries and support requests from Sibsagar clients,
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
What you'll need
- Strong understanding of financial processes and data management

- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Education & Experience
- Educational Background:Inter CA, MBA in Finance, B.Com, or equivalent
- Sibsagar Freshers and candidates with prior back-office experience are welcome
