As a Back Office Operations Executive job in Tura, you will be responsible for efficiently handling administrative and financial processes to support our core business functions. You will manage data entry, documentation, compliance checks, financial verification, and reporting, while ensuring accuracy and smooth coordination with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify financial documents, loan applications, and related transactions
- Maintain and update records in the company database with accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform data entry, documentation, and compliance checks
- Assist in report preparation and financial analysis
- Handle customer queries and support requests from Tura clients,
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of financial processes and data management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Education & Experience
- Educational Background:
- Inter CA, MBA in Finance, B.Com, or equivalent
- Tura Freshers and candidates with prior back-office experience are welcome
